Terms & Conditions

Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance cover.

Payment terms: Payment is to be deposited on our account in advance or paid in cash on arrival.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation and no show reservations are subject to fees as follows:
0 – 7 DAYS – 100%
8 – 12 DAYS – 50%
15 – 35 DAYS –25%

Guests are required to complete a registration card on check-in.

Liability: All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that The Sleeping Warrior Lodge & Camp (Mawe Mbili Ltd) assumes no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property.

We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuation, increase in park fees, in costs of taxes that are beyond our control.
