Weddings & Honeymoons

The Sleeping Warrior makes the ideal venue for a wedding and a number of exceptional sites have been identified for an atmospheric ‘Out of Africa Wedding’ in the bush. Alternatively the ceremony can be held on the terrace of the camp or the lodge.

All you have to do is say ‘I do’, we take care of the rest.

We offer a full catering service inclusive of wedding breakfast, cake and champagne. We can also organize dancers for the ceremony.

Guest packages

We offer attractive rates for the accommodation of all your guests and can organize additional attractions such as: game drives, sundowners, guided walks and tours of the area.

The complete wedding service

We can also offer a wide range of evening receptions and events. Both the lodge and the camp can be booked in their entirety for the wedding party, photography, flowers and videos can be arranged as can the services of the local registrar for a civil ceremony.

Divine honeymoon venues

As for honeymoon venues, choose from our stunning hilltop honeymoon suite at the lodge, or our secluded guest cottage or hill top ‘Eagles Nest’ retreat at the camp, which features a rollout star bed.
